Since forming in 2018 in the city of Tamaki-Makaurau by Veeka Nazarova and Mikey Ellis, Kosmetika shortly relocated to Naarm afterwards , putting together a full band and releasing three studio albums via the legendary local label Spoilsport Records. Blending influences from Krautrock, Disco, Shoegaze, and New Wave has ultimately created a unique style that paved a fresh path for the new single "Special."
