The Mesos Trio are a Sydney based trio featuring Susie Bishop, Maharshi Raval and Elsen Price. They perform arrangements of Gaelic Folk music, Indian Classical music and unique original music with voice, violin, Indian tabla and double bass. The trio has featured at Milton Jazz, Blues and Folk Festival, Phoenix Central Park's 'The Church', Kalyx Club, Local Edition, Newcastle Improvised Music Association and The Gasoline Pony. Individually, Susie, Maharshi and Elsen have significant careers outside of the Mesos Trio, with each player prolific both Internationally and Locally with performances, recordings and collaborations. 'Beautiful music performed by deeply intuitive and connected musicians, highly engaging and moving.' Doors open 1/2 hr before start time. No bar or food at venue. BYO permitted, but no food please. All ages welcome.
