From the Black Cat’s start in ’83 to Mario’s and then the Night Cat, The Rainbow, Uptown, Rooks and more, jazz is deep in Fitzroy. The evenings DJs will begin wth jazz and then take a trip and the end result is always soul. Records are real but sound unreal.
