Analog Iran | Persian music, poetry and photography | Raising money to rebuild Honiak Music Academy

In March, a US airstrike destroyed Honiak Music Academy in Tehran, run by Hamidreza Afarideh. The school had 250 students and 20 teachers and staff, who are now without income and a place many called home has been lost. Analog Iran is a night of Persian music, poetry and photography raising money for Honiak Music Academy. All profits from the evening, hosted by Sheida Shadani, will go directly towards supporting Hamidreza Afarideh and the Honiak community, to restore not just a building but an entire community. The evening will feature music from Sanaz Saadatfar and Mastaneh Nazarian, poetry and performance by Elnaz Sheshgelani, and a relaunch of Analog Iran, the internationally recognised photobook by Al Jazeera journalist Ali MC. Everyone is welcome to join, reflect, share tea and show their support.
