Have you already heard whispers about this one through the ether? Seren Spain is kicking off her Take Me Tour Launch, after touring the UK & (her fatherland) Ireland extensively and working with ARIA & Grammy-nominated producers, Seren Spain is playing her first ever candlelit evening show in trio form with a very special friend & guest, virtuoso celtic harpist, BRÍDÍN, alongside Mal Beveridge (War vs Treaty, Ilbijjeri’s infamous Big Name No Blankets show). Paul Kelly’s former manager Stuart Coupe coined Seren Spain “A voice to die for!”; and Australia’s new folk giants like Ernest Aines announced: “Look out folk world - this woman will be heralded for generations!”. This will be a night of ancient celtic harp & rising folk fusion - the first first time Brunswick has witnessed the ancient celtic harp played live in an intimate setting with an award-winning virtuoso celtic player. The afternoon will transport you to ancient realms, whilst bringing a rhythmic, refreshed modern take to the ancient instrument, with siren-esque voices.
