On Sunday 2 August, Danny Walsh Banned, Gold Coast Leathers and Twinkle Digitz are going to fix everything! Expect an afternoon of live music, spectacle and unscheduled repairs – at The Retreat Hotel, 280 Sydney Road, Brunswick. Danny Walsh Banned are a Naarm and regional Victoria-based band known for their distinctive Australian storytelling and energetic live shows. Touring their fourth LP No Monument, they continue to bring songs of half-heard histories and characters who rarely make it into the history books, vividly to life on stage. Gold Coast Leathers are a field maintenance crew of beach goths lurking in the laneways of Naarm/Melbourne. Twinkle Digitz is an electro-rock one-man band blending analogue synths, slinky guitars, drum machines and on-stage troubleshooting. All ages welcome,* kitchen open, beaut pub vibes.
