Jim Moginie & The Family Dog return with their follow up to their 2018 debut ‘Bark Overtures’. Jim Moginie (Midnight Oil), Kent Steedman and Paul Larsen Loughhead (Celibate Rifles) and Tim Kevin (The Apartments, La Huva) have made a dirty rock record live in Jim’s Oceanic Studio in Sydney. Jim: ‘We’re releasing THUNK on physical format only, for now, as the tech giants are slowly killing the music industry by denying musicians income with pitiful streaming payments and being able to make decent sounding records at all with its domino effect on recording budgets, studios and mastering engineers.
